After decade spent on the mats of Gracie Barra in Belo Horizonte, training or teaching, I had on that sacred places some of the best times of my life. Jiu–Jitsu gave me everything and now I have been blessed to have the chance to do the next step: build a Gracie Barra school in Knoxville.
